Steel Preparation Inspection
We verify edges, welds, and surface imperfections according to ISO 8501-3.
Abrasive Blasting
Abrasive Blasting and subsequent verification of carbon steel and stainless steel according to ISO 8501, ISO 8502, ISO 8503, and ISO 8504.
Painting

Abrasive blasting
We perform industrial abrasive blasting operations for the proper preparation of metallic and non-metallic surfaces prior to the application of painting cycles. Work is managed according to the material, the required degree of preparation, and the project technical specifications, ensuring constant controls including surface cleanliness, roughness profile, and quantity of soluble salts present on the substrate. We operate on carbon steel, stainless steel, and galvanized surfaces, adopting dedicated procedures to guarantee reliability, proper adhesion of the painting system, and long-term treatment durability.
Inspections and Controls
We provide qualified inspectors for supervision, coating inspection, and quality verification in the Oil & Gas and infrastructure sectors, operating both internally and at construction sites, suppliers, and production facilities in Italy and abroad. Activities are performed by FROSIO, NACE, ACQPA, and ARAMCO certified personnel, with experience in managing international technical specifications, inspection procedures, and testing required by major contractors and industry clients. Inspections are carried out during all phases of the surface preparation and painting process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements requested by the client. We operate according to international standards such as ISO 12944, ISO 8501, ISO 8502, SSPC, and client specifications, ensuring traceability, documentation reliability, and technical support throughout all project phases.

Liquid Painting
We perform liquid anticorrosive painting cycles for industrial applications in the Oil & Gas and infrastructure sectors where high standards of protection, durability, and quality control are required. We apply single, double, or triple coat systems according to project technical specifications, environmental corrosivity classes, and operating conditions, working in accordance with international standards such as ISO 12944, NORSOK, SSPC, and client specifications. Work is performed on carbon steel, stainless steel, and galvanized surfaces, with dedicated preparations for each substrate type and use of epoxy, polyurethane, zinc-rich, and high-performance primers and finishes. We use airless and airmix technologies to ensure application uniformity, proper thickness management, and finish quality, performing constant controls during all process phases.
