SURFACE PREPARATION AREA

Surface preparation represents a fundamental phase of the treatment cycle. Depending on the material, the dimensions of the workpiece, and the project specifications, we use different abrasive blasting systems to obtain the correct degree of cleanliness and the required roughness profile before painting.

LAUCO 150 automatic shot blasting machine

Automatic 4-turbine plant designed for the surface preparation of carbon steel workpieces. It guarantees treatment uniformity, high productivity, and consistency of the roughness profile necessary for the subsequent application of protective cycles.

Abrasive blasting booth with metallic abrasive

Plant dedicated to the surface preparation of carbon steel workpieces of any size. The use of metallic abrasive allows for high standards of cleanliness and the correct roughness profile, ensuring maximum adhesion of the painting systems.

Abrasive blasting booth with natural abrasive

Plant dedicated to the preparation of stainless steel surfaces and sensitive materials. The use of natural abrasives avoids ferrous contamination and preserves the characteristics of the material, ensuring a surface suitable for subsequent treatments.

PAINTING AREA

The areas dedicated to painting are designed to ensure controlled operating conditions during all phases of application and polymerization of the protective systems, ensuring uniformity, quality, and production continuity.

Area dedicated to the application of industrial painting systems, equipped with extraction and air exchange systems for the control of dust and overspray.

Pressurized booth with oven dedicated to the application and controlled polymerization of industrial painting cycles, with management of temperature, ventilation, and air filtration.

Area dedicated to the processing and painting of large workpieces that require dedicated operating spaces and special handling.

Material storage area

Area dedicated to the storage and logistical management of orders before and after processing

Available surface area: 5,000 m²

Indoor warehouse

Our indoor warehouse area, measuring 13.6 × 45 meters with an internal useful height of 7 meters, offers over 600 m² of space dedicated to material storage. The structure is designed to ensure the protection of workpieces from atmospheric agents during the storage phases, preserving the integrity of the painted surfaces until shipment.
